Georgia Construction Litigation Hold

GA Code § 9-3-52 (2022):
No action can be taken more than 8 years after substantial completion. If injury to property, person, or wrongful death occur in the 7th or 8th year, action may be brought within 2 years, but may not exceed 10 years after substantial completion.
