Kentucky Construction Litigation Hold
KY Rev Stat § 413.135 (2022):
No action can be taken more than 7 years after substantial completion. If injury or wrongful death occurs in the 7th year, action may be brought within 1 year from the date of the injury, but may not to exceed 8 years after substantial completion.
