Arizona Construction Litigation Hold
AZ Rev Stat § 12-552 (2022):
No action can be taken more than 8 years after substantial completion. If injury occurs or defect is discovered in the 8th year, action can be brought within 1 year, but may not exceed 9 years after substantial completion.
