Connecticut Construction Litigation Hold

CT Gen Stat § 52-584a (2022):
No action can be taken more than 7 years after substantial completion. If injury or wrongful death occur in the 7th year, action make be taken within 1 year, but may not exceed 8 years after substantial completion.
