North Dakota Construction Litigation Hold

ND Code § 28-01-44 (2022):

No action can be taken more than 10 years after substantial completion. If injury or wrongful death occur in the 10th year, action can be brought within 2 years, but may not to exceed 12 years after substantial completion.
