Ohio Construction Litigation Hold

OH Rev Code § 2305.131 (2022):

No action can be taken more than 10 years after substantial completion. If a deficiency is discovered under 2 years prior to the expiration, action can be taken within 2 years from the date of said deficiency is discovered.
