OR Rev Stat § 12.135 (2021):
No action can be taken more than 10 years after substantial completion of a small commercial structure, residential structure, or large commercial structure owner and maintained by an association of unit owners.
6 years after substantial completion of a large commercial structure, not covered in the previous section.
