South Dakota Construction Litigation Hold

SD Codified : § 15-2A-3 (2022):

No action can be taken more than 10 years after substantial completion.

SD Codified L § 15-2A-5 (2022):

If injury to property, person, or wrongful death occur in the 10th year, action may be brought within 1 year, but may not exceed 11 years after substantial completion.
